We conducted in-depth research to identify where digital processes could alleviate customer pain-points to improve user experience throughout. Creating new customer journeys and streamlining the architecture, allowed us to identify a number of opportunities to better serve people through launching new service tools.
We also implemented a true user-centric sign-up process by utilising intuitive technology, resulting in a seamless sign-up process and simplified management of advert approval processes. In addition, we developed a number of solid back-end packages to make online management easy to use.
